A commission on the FOB value of each order, always shown separately from the factory price so you see every cost. If you only need search and samples, we charge a flat fee that is credited against your first order.
No. If it is your first import, we guide you through every step, including customs and any permits your product may need.
That is why we inspect before shipping and before the balance is paid. Defects are fixed or replaced at origin, as agreed with the factory.
